Terms of Use / All-Inclusive Policies:
1. Wristbands:
Please wear your wristband at all times so that you receive the all inclusive benefits & services.
Without the wristband, please note that our staff will not be able to offer you the services you are entitled to and have the right to not serve you.
2. Non-residents:
- Offering food and drinks to non-resident guests is strictly prohibited
- Non-residents are welcome on the hotel premises upon purchase of a Day-Pass which is available at reception.

3. Beverage:
- To avoid unnecessary waste, please order no more than 2 drinks per person at a time
- For your personal safety, no glasses are allowed around the pool in the garden areas and in the guest rooms. Please only use the plastic cups available at the Splash pool bars.
- The All-Inclusive package is valid until 23:00hrs. After 23:00hrs all drinks will be charged according to the prices listed on the menu.
- If you wish to order any drinks which are not included in the All Inclusive package, (i.e. imported-branded drinks) normal menu prices will apply.
- Our staff are strictly instructed not to serve alcohol to guests under certain conditions, which are specified below:

4. Food Consumption:
All meals and snacks must be consumed only in the designated food outlets. Take-away is not allowed for hygiene reasons.
* Please not that for your utmost comfort and safety, we kindly request that you inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before your arrival. This will enable us to personalize your experience and ensure a delightful and worry-free stay at our hotel.
5. Packed Lunches and Take Away:
For health & safety reasons, packed lunches and take-away meals are strictly prohibited.
6. Dress Code:
Please note that In the interest of your health and safety, is NOT allowed to enter the Restaurant barefooted or/and in wet clothes

- If an All-Inclusive guest is seen abusing alcohol*
- If children under 18 years of age are seen drinking alcoholic beverages
- If an all-Inclusive guest is not wearing his/her wristband - If an all-Inclusive guest offers food or beverages to a non all - inclusive guest
